Shinjuku tourist information center is a 1 minute walk from the South East Gate of JR Shinjuku Station and is located down the escalator.
Shinjuku Station is very large and Google Maps sometimes doesn’t work well. So we would like to ask you to arrive at the station with time to spare. If you can't find our meeting place, we recommend heading to the south exit of JR Shinjuku Station first, and please ask to the station staff for the our meeting place :)
